  7. Add the beefstock, spices and *wine to the mixture and let it simmer with the lid o for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  8. Drain the pasta from the pot and rinse off. Add back in the pot/ serving dish.
  9. Switch off the heat and add the cream. Stir together and let it rest for about two minutes or so.(*do not boil)
  10. Prepare the "garnish" and add on spaghetti as preferred. Enjoy
