  6. You can add more milk if the gravy looks too thick. This gravy should be as thick and creamy as the white sauce or fondue. It is ready when the cheese melts and the gravy looks smooth, creamy with perfect consistency.
  7. Combine ingredients for paratha and make semi soft dough like for paratha. Make parathas as normal.
  8. Serve everything hot as shown in the pic. You do not have to use the toothpick to pierce through the potatoes. The potatoes can be sipped directly in the gravy or the gravy can be poured over the potatoes. Serve with parathas and onion rings drizzled with some lemon, salt and pepper.
