- 🌻Dough:
In a measuring cup, combine the yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup lukewarm milk mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the flour, salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre then add olive oil and yeast mixture and stir into the dry ingredients. - Knead with your hands until the dough forms a smooth, soft ball, about 5-6 minutes. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave at room temperature until doubled in size, this takes about 2 hours.
- 🌻For Chicken:
Cut the chicken breast in cubes and marinate with the ingredients listed above. Keep for 2-3 hours. Grill it and then chop into smaller pieces.

Bake at 190°C / 370°F. for 12-14 minutes until the top gets the golden brown colour.
